trace-id Header

Trace ID is a unique identifier used to track a specific request and its associated response throughout the lifecycle of an API call.

trace-id is a header returned in every Tidio API response. It has an UUIDv4 format. Please send this ID to our support if you have any problems during the request. Remember to attach a brief description of what happened.
